Tips for Outlook specifically

FAQ

Why does my Outlook signature look broken?

Classic Outlook renders mail with Word's engine, which ignores modern CSS. That's exactly why SignatureKit uses table layouts with inline CSS — the subset Outlook renders reliably.

Does the signature sync between web and desktop?

With Microsoft 365: web → new Outlook → mobile sync automatically. Classic desktop Outlook keeps its own signature store, so do the 4-step desktop install once.

Can I add my company logo?

Yes — upload it in the generator and it's embedded directly into the signature HTML, so there are no broken-image links later. Try it →
